********** Account opened and now I struggle to close it.

<p>Vodacom has opened an account in my name, used my banking details and have on 2 occasions debited my account. I have reversed both the debit orders and have contacted vodacom to cancel this account.</p> <p>The call center could not assist as they kept posting me from departments and no one was able to give a ref number even after I had to repeat my situation to all the departments they keep posting me to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually decided to go to a vodashop in Maponya and I was assisted by a very friendy consultant ( Jody) who took it upon herself to escallate the matter for me after she advised I must get a signed affidavit, copy of my ID signed 3times, which I done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i just received an sms stating " please forward 3 samples of your signature, a clear copy of ID and a statement of your complaint to tradepartner.adminvodacom.co.za or fax it tro ********** 082.</p> <p> </p> <p>the email does not exit for me to resend my affidavit and a copy of my id signed with 3 signatures, and there is no number to call as i know when i call the call center to get help no one will know who to speak to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im really tired of the run around just to cancell this contract which I have never opened, it looks like vodacom makes it easy to ***** peoples money but not to correct it, this is very incovenient for me to keep cancelling debit orders not to mention the dent to my credit rating and the const for cancelling these.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards.</p>
