********** account - Contract

Dear Vodacom... On 2017/12/20 Vodacom arranged a debit order from my bank to the value of R206.13. Upon enquiry I was informed that this is the once off activation etc. fee for a new Smart S contract taken out on my name on 2017/12/15. If I didn't get the sms from my bank I would not have known!! Your agents refuse to provide any details re: where this was done or who issued this order. All I could get was a number.. called it.. not active.. oh yes, because it has an admin block or a block of some sort on it.. did u suspect ***** Vcom OR are your sales ppl that desperate for sales commision that they issue **** orders? And why am I refused details? I had to, whilst on leave I may add, make an affidavit at the police station, copied ID’s for which I had to pay, drive to a Postnet, scan and e-mail these docs to my phone, oh and paid AGAIN to have this done, just so that I could e-mail this to your ********** address as apparently there is no number or even a reference I could get over the phone. I would appreciate this resolved soonest.

I have had no reply or communication re my post here or from the mail with required documents I have forwarded to your ***** email addess. Not even a thanks we have received the document. How long does this sort of enquiry/investigation take? I am so tired of communicating with computers and not getting any joy. Not one human at Vodacom seems to be bothered about my issue and the fact that your compamy can't protect my information form **********.
