Somewhere around February 2015 I found out that the is someone trying to open a contract or account under my name, I then went to Vodacom store in Eastgate mall to report the matter I then explain to the consultant that I lost my ID in 2013 and since then I am experiencing problem with people opening ********** account. but was advice that the account is approved but not activated so the cannot cancel or reject the application that is not active. The only time they can help me is if the account is active. <br> <br> in July I wanted to apply for contract phone for my husband but it was decline saying that Vodacom has handed me to ITC due to unpaid account <br> I called Vodacom ***** and legal department which I was advice to send Affidavit and ID copy, iIsend all the necessary document the following day which i received reference number is EC-0WEH-2LPNAI but no feedback till today <br> <br> When I call ***** or customer care nobody knows what I am talking about <br> I am sick and tired of your games. <br> please resolved this matter so i can move on with my life<br>
