********** account

A ********** contract was taken out under my name about +|- 2 months ago. I contacted Vodacom who advised me to send through an affividavit together with my details. This was emailed through their disputes email address. No feedback was received. Two weeks ago I received a call from their collections department advising me my account needed to be paid. This relating to the ********** account. I thereafter went to their ballito shop where a they assured me a resolve would be found. To date no feedback and this is likely to affect my credit rating. This is unacceptable.
