*****ulant upgrades on my contract

I reported two *****ulant upgrades on my contract in March 2017, Vodacom ***** department confirms that ***** has been committed, sends an sms to confirm on 11 May 2017. SMS recieved from Siphiwe Makhubo. I also received a call to inform me that the contracts will be reset to normal state prior to *****. At the end of May 2017, I received a refund for the amounts that was charged to my account as a result of the *****. Unfortunaltey, I assumed the worst is over, to my dismay I noticed Vodacom had billed me migration fees to reset the contracts to normal state due to the *****. I am charged R1650 and R1500 respectively including additional charges for the handsets related to the *****. I called the customer care numerous occassions and I am informed the matter is in progress of being resolved (longer than 14 days now) in the meantime Vodacom continues to debit my account with handset charges for ***** that has already been proven. This month again I have to pay R508 and R578 respectively for handsets not in my possession. Vodacom has deducted approximatley R6000 that is not due to them on a matter that was meant to be resolved in May 2017. I am amazed at the incompetence, inefficiencies and inadequate processes a company like Vodacom has in place to deal with this matter. I plea for someone competent to please assist me with this matter or has Vodacom forgotten about what customer service entails or do I have to escalate via other media channels for this to be resolved.
