*****ulant contract reference EC-0C5X-3OFL4F

I reported the ********** transaction on 2 November 2017 to the Vodashop in Menlyn. The lady said that she could not help me at the shop and gave me a number to phone to report that someone had taken out a R 1 000 pm contract on my name and ID number without my consent or knowledge. RAM delivered a brand new I-Phone to 77 Lynnburnstreet in Lynnwood, Pretoria. Someone signed on my behalf and used my ID to purchase the phone online at Vodacom and RAM delivered the phone to the above mentioned address which I am not at all fami**** with. I sent Vodacom a mail explaining the whole situation along with a copy of my ID and three specimen signatures and received no feedback from them. On 13 November when I followed up with Vodacom they could not find my mail and then eventually found it and confirmed that no one had attended to it. After spending almost an hour on the phone with them, Mahle Faith Dubazana forwarded my email and complain to the ***** division. I still have not heard anything from them and forwarded the mail again today to them and now received a reference number EC-0C5X-3OFL4F. In the mean time I am still paying the almost R 1 000 a month on cell phone number ********** 925. How is it possible that someone could take out a R 1 000 contract on my name at Vodacom without them verifying it with me and comparing the signature and ID and in fact contacting me to confirm. How is it possible that RAM can deliver a R 20 000 phone to an address which is not my address to a ***** who does not have my ID or signature which Vodacom has on their records. I need to get the contract ended immediately and I need Vodacom to refund me for the losses. Vodacom’s Internal and External Auditors also need to look at their systems as it is definitely very poor.

It as been more than a week and once again I had to pay R 1000 form my pocket as part of my monthly d/o with Vodacom for the ********** transaction. Please cancel the relevant immediately - I cannot keep on paying for a *****'s cell phone because of Vodacom's incompetency and poor audit systems. I need action please!
