I was so disappointed as I always thought Vodacom Tygervalley mall is one of the best.<br> <br> I went to Vodacom Tygervalley to take a phone on contract. When I got there I was told that the system is down therefore inorder to apply for a contract, I need to leave a copy of my ID and a copy of my 3 months bank statement. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to be told if I qualify for the contract or not. I left the documents as instructed and waited for the call.<br> <br> I never received the call! To cut the story short, when I went back to check...someone had signed a contract under my name using documents similar to the ones I had left at Vodacom. The *****ulant contract was taken in the same Vodacom branch (Tygervalley mall) where I had left my documents. The ID copy used to open the ********** contract was the same as my ID copy, but with a different pic. <br> <br> Vodacom Tygervalley did declare this contract as a ********** contract, but I must say...I am still disappointed about the exploitation of my personal documents. I am still traumatized by the experience, and am now very not comfortable with leaving my personal documents in any vodacom store
