*****ulant account deductions and unjustified blocking of account

After numerous phone calls to your cancellation call centre. I would like to summarise the event to date:

I have requested Vodacom for a premature cancellation quotation on 3 October 2016. Payment for this amount was done on 5 October (See attached Proof of Payment Vodacom Contract and Vodacom Premature Cancellation contract. The amount paid was R15 498.04. This amount was confirmed by the call centre consultant as the full amount owed on this contract. I made the call on 3 October and I would like someone to listen to the call and confirm this please.

I received 2 emails after the proof of payment was received. The first stating the mail was received and a reference number given and the second from Mpho confirming cancellation. In November I received notification that my other 2 data contracts has been deducted of this R15 498.04 as this is now showing as a credit on my account and no monies was deducted of my bank account.

I enquired numerous times and every time the promise was made on the phone that they will investigate and get back to me (Please listen to my calls) and still no feedback. I received my invoice and statements for the month of December and 2400 is due to Vodacom. I do not agree with this amount as the amount includes the payment for my number that was cancelled and confirmed as cancelled (Email attached)

Can someone please respond to my concerns as I am very worried and I do not feel it is fair to take the money of my account, if the money is not owed by me. The monies was deducted off my account without any feedback regarding my complaint

On 9 March 2017 I phoned Vodacom customer care to enquire why I cannot access the ZTE modem website as I cannot connect to the network, only to be notified that i have an arrear account with Vodacom. I have a standing debitorder with Vodacom and all outstanding monthly charges are deducted off my account. therefore it is impossible to be in arrears. the consultant i spoke to confirmed that i am not in arrears, but my account has been suspended. i now have to phone them tommorrow and ask them to correct their mistake.

i feel that it is unfair to ***** my money out of my account and then to block my account for no reason. i need answers and i need answers on all my outstanding issues
