Hello, I am so upset and angry with vodacom. I was called by vodacom lawyers about the bill that I don't know off. Vodacom delivered a cellphone with RAM and I cancelled it because I never ordered anything with them. They sent another phone at my home address and I still cancelled it and RAM returned with the phone back. I called vodacom and they approved that they did get the phones back. Now today and yesterday I received a call that I need to pay an X amount to clear my name. They first debited on my account and vodacom consultant advised me to reverse it and I did so. Can vodacom please clear my name because it will affect my credit record. ASAP.
