Hi
I am very disturbed by what Vodacom has done to me, letting someone open a phone contract under my name without my authorization or relevant checks and signatures or proof documents are unacceptable. I received an email below this morning saying that ‘This email serves as a notification of new contract application that has been submitted on my ID number. Please take a moment to review your information that we have about your account and notify us if there are changes needed’
When I called Vodacom as soon I received an email they said I opened an account today. I said this is false as I am in the office in Durban (KZN) where I work.
