We had the most horrific experience at Alberton city!! The consultant upgraded and added a new line on our account without the account holders consent. When we brought this this managers attention she told us to **** off and go to hell shes not getting involved. That rude woman must be fired from there she does not know how to handle customers!! We will be opening a ***** case against her and the consultant because they are de*****ing customers. We paid close to 4000 for cancelling a damn contract which we are still getting billed for!!! We paid them in cash and did not give us receipts they said they will email them till today we have not received anything from them. They are de*****ing customers and need to get arrested for this!
