<p>All I can say is VODACOM I HATE YOU!!!!!!! I can't wait for my contracts to end to get away from your USELESS SERVICE! AND MILKING THE PUBLIC ON DATA CHARGES! I thought I was alone until i read about a lady in Financial 24 that received a R22000 data bill. VODACOM I have been a loyal client for 16 years. My bill ranges from R4000 - R15000. I am now fed up with your lies and what you tell your clients! I am FED UP with your Data Charges - I can buy another house on all the data charges you charge! I requested you to show me printouts of how and on what my data gets used on but you simply CANT OR WONT show me. I am on a RED PACKAGE and yet I STILL HAVE DATA CHARGES within R2000 on my package. I have a 10gig WIFI HOME contract. 10 GIG FINSIHED WITHIN 6 DAYS!!??? My Company with staff of 35 - MY WHOLE COMPANY - WE DONT EVEN USE 10 GIG IN A MONTH!! BUT YOU TAKE 10 GIG 10 6 DAYS!!!! YOU ARE NEVER POLITE! ALWAYS RUDE TO ASSIST! WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO TOP MANAGEMENT THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE. YOU SEND ME SIMPLE SMS'S THAT YOU HAVE EXCULATED A QUERY TO BE RESOLVED. RESOLVED??? PLEASE YOU ARE BANKRUPTING ME! YOU ARE BANKRUPTING CLIENTS! AND YOU SIMPLY DONT CARE! BUT DONT WORRY VODACOM I WILL STILL PAY MY R5000 + BILL THIS MONTH, YOU SEE AT LEAST I AM A GOOD ASSHOLE. BUT I CANT SAY THE SAME ABOUT YOU. DONT PAY, THEN YOU SIMPLY JUST LOCK THE LINES. I just wish someone can explain my high charges to me. </p>
