How do you allow a sim swap to occur on my number without my permission and what number are you going to contact me on seeing as my sim card does not work anymore because of your unprofessional handling of the situation..Its the blind leading the stupid under the supervision of idiots.

It Boggles your mind..Do you actually have someone monitoring these complaints or does an automatic system just send out a standard reply....That would be par for the course with Vodacon.
