I feel to give it a 1 star is not even worth it. To begin, I was contacted by RewardsCo ( Partnered with Vodacom) for a new promotion. I was pushed into making taking the deal after I had repeatedly asked about its benefits.It seemed legit.I received a device along with a 5GB data line being told I could transfer it to my main cellphone line.Only to find out this was not the case, when I realised this I lodged a cancellation with Rewards Co and it has been back and forth since the beginning of January 2023.The device has since been collected and the cancellation has not taken place nor the debit orders credited for the specific line .I have been transferred from pilar to post, Team Leaders promising feedback to no avial.I have been calling in and wasting more than 30mins at a time to tell the whole story to each agent that canswers the calls, with Reference numbers given etc.RAM has not updated the collection on their side and this is the " delay" where I was told to contact RAM and give them the Collection number because niether Vodacom or RewardsCo was doing any effort to assist me.I find it appauling that I as a client need to constantly follow up and ask someone to do their job.Mind you it is effortless for Vodacom to deduct the money off every month.
