*****elent upgrades leaving me to pay.....

On 06-06-2016 two of my contract were upgraded falsely by an individual 200km away from where I stay. I received an sms congratulating me on my new upgrades.

I phoned vodacom and the lady that helped me sounded to be in more shock than I was.

After receiving the information from the extremely shocked lady I then phoned the cellphone dealer shop in question. They were not helpful as they now had to open a case of *****.

09-06-2016. Cell phone dealer shop in question has not yet opened a case. I then emailed Shameel Joosub CEO of Vodacom South Africa my story.

Till this day 04/08/2016 only one of my contracts has been reverserd after receiving an R13877 bill. This is insane. Vodacom debited my account for the amount they figured is fair. Legal collection fails to even rectify this.

I am now paying for the second contract that was falsely updated, as even Mr Joosub the CEO lack the ability to fix this issue. Or maybe they just dont want to, new Bently perhaps?

Stay away from vodacom and their minions, they are all out to take money and supply even worse service than your current local municipality....
