*****elent Billing

After reviewing my monthly account I noticed charges for content services amounting to more than R600 over the last 4 months. I phoned Vodacom to enquire and was advised that this is a subscription to Uchatter / Basebone. Never in my life have I heard of them until today and I most definitely did not subcribe to this service. Vodacom can't provide me with proof of my alledged subcription and said that I should contact this 3rd party myself for proof. Vodacom also refuses to reverse these charges. This goes against the WASPA code of conduct section 15.9 which requires explicit confirmation from me for this service. To add on to violations of this so called "Code of Conduct" 15.19 to indicate the reminder messages. within 30 days and once a calendar month, nope those never happened either. It must be amazing to be able to make money from doing nothing but essentially *****ing money from people. I don't know one industry where you can just add charges to someones account without the client/victims signature/ explicit acceptance from the account holder. I don't know if a third party could just add something to your bank charges without the explicit confirmation of the responsible account holder, i am just guessing here, but that would be considered *****. Hmm, i am struggling to see a difference between that and what you do.
