*****elant billing
I received my invoice with a number for a contract that does not belong to me. I called the customer service and was asked to go to the police station and do an affidavit and to then email it to them. I made it clear that this should not be my problem as I did not create the problem but Vodacom themselves. If they did there proper checks internally they should find the problem. What is the reason for documentation like id and proof of address when opening a new contract. Why should their inadequacy become my problem. I requested a number of a manager and could not be given one. I then got the affidavit and sent it to their ***** dispute department and have not received any feedback yet. this is the most pathetic way of resolving issues that are internal. Why should I, the customer suffer. I would never take another contract with Vodacom again.
