***** within Vodacom
EC-1KUI-2PGYIR Complaint -Response ***~VT9A 19/11/2018 we send a complaint through for ***** to the ***** department. After several enquiries we still had no feedback. 2 cellphone no: reflect on my account which is not my cellphone numbers. when I queried it I was told that I took out the cellphones 2 years ago which is impossible as I had 2 other cellphone numbers for my kids that I took out and when the contract ended we cancelled the 2 cellphone numbers and the next month 2 new number appeared on my account. I was still not refunded and wants to know when is vodacom going to refund me.
