***** with sim card

On Monday 17 April 2017 at 17h44 a sim swop was generated on my cell phone - number ********** . By the time I contacted Vodacom to say that this was not authorised by me, a substantial account had already been run up by whomever used the *****ulant sim card. Despite many trips to Vodacom shops and service centre, the account remains frozen and nobody at Vodacom is willing to help or is even able to help me. I need all sim cards on the account removed, a new sim card issued and all of the ******* calls credited. I have already sent copies of my ID to Vodacom and an affadavitt signed by the Police. I have no idea how to get any further help from Vodacom as nobody seems to know what to do.
