***** was done using my name!

My Vodacom account (i***)was supposed to be closed in January, but wasn't. instead it was extended(To 10 Jan 2017) without my knowledge or consent (customer no: u755565) on the 11th of jan 2015. On the 12 Jan i received a service request ref:s3-8us2t-twhfk and that i should expect delivery shortly. I the called customer care with regards to this and the person told me that he will look into it. And i also told him that vodacom had deducted for Jan 2015 and for Feb 2015 and he has told me that my money will be reimbursed. Witch never happened. Then on the 14 Jan 2015 i got another sms stating that my Smart M will take place on 31 Jan 2015.<br> I then received a letter via post that indicated that under my account(i***) that should of been closed, a Iphone 6 plus was perches-ed (Invoice no:u755565) and that i need to pay R749.00 (Invoice no:b***) and it also stated that the Iphone was delivered to CL, Speed Development, 2 Thirty-Fourth Street, CLEVELAND, JOHANNESBURG, 2094. and Vodacom clearly know where i stay in Cape Town as they posted my Tax Invoice to me evey month. I want this sorted out as in yesterday or i will take it further
