***** VODACOM SA

On the 6/6/18 i discoverd that my phone was not working. i contacted the huawei technical team which we discoverd that the phone was not faulty. The following day i visited MTN where i purchased the phone and have contract with them, MTN notified me that my phone was blocked/blacklisted by vodacom so i should visit any vodacom store with regarding the query which they also cant pick up how they blocked the phone because i dont have an agreement with them. I than went to the store and i was advised that yes it was blocked by them yes by a person named KHAMO PULE. I waited for 3 hours at the store after that i was told the matter will take 7/14 working days for something that i did not do and gave no one authority to block my phone which i strongly feel that this is ***** on another level.
