***** vodacom and apple iphone

My phonr was grabbef thursday 23 sept. I was busy reporting this from 18h35 to vodacom customer service. No luck. Wanted me to go to police first. While all this was busy going on the ********* cleaned out my bank. If vodacom blocked my phone. My bank would not have been cleaned out. 19h05. No one helping me. Had to go today in store to block. Why????? Your processes is not working and put me in danger. They have access to all my emails etc. I urge u to provide staff with better tools. Not acceptable
