***** - unauthorised upgrade

I received an account of over R1000.00 that I normally pay. Impossible. Went to Voda Shop at The Village, Horizon View, Roodepoort. According to them I upgraded my laptop contract on 2015-01-15 to an Apple Iphone 6 Plus 128G Space Grey & Top dog Voucher. Some unknown person have been benefiting from my account and they said it was an upgrade done online. I never did!. I must say: the service and the help from the staff at The Village
