*****/Theft/Breach of contract.

1. Lay a complaint at Vodacom for excessive fees. Vodacom could (or would) not explain the reason.

2. Not informing me that my contract on one of the phones expired more than a year ago – thus breach of contract and poor service by Vodacom because I had to pay for a phone already paid up.

3. Received a call from a Consultant offering me a Laptop, new cell phone and reduced contract fees. Sounds like a guilty conscience.

4. Three boxes delivered at my address, 5 October 2016. One box containing the Laptop. Two other boxes containing packing material and one sim card, no cell phone. Clear proof that this must have happened at Vodacom (theft/*****?)

5. Complained at Vodacom (Vodashop, Cycad,Polokwane) they told me the Consultant **** and that I have to send everything back. The situation will be investigated.

6. Received call from another consultant offering me reduced contract fees, no Laptop, no new phone. Must be a guilty conscience. Know nothing about the previous offer and my complaint (???). Told her I want the contract and offer by e-mail. No e-mail. Sent me a data bundle I told Consultant I do not want. Data bundle, sent back.

7. Numerous e-mails, phone calls, on-line chat, reporting it to Hellopeter. Vodacom: “We will investigate it”. Result: Nothing.

8. No invoice for November, so I do not know if the new contract and fees are app****.

9. No PROMISED laptop and new cell phone. Where is it and who received (took) it???

10. 25 November 2016: Block phones. No outgoing phonecalls possible (Breach of contract).

11. 2 December block stopped.

12. Again received offer of new contract, lower costs. Refused.

13. 31 December subtracted R4000 from my bank account. Returned payment.
