***** - still no response from Vodacom after months of queries
I made Vodacom aware of ***** happening on my account at the beginning of December. I followed procedures and sent in the relevant documents 6 times and still have not received a single response or feedback from the ***** department. I have phoned the call center in excess of 20 times and get a different response from the operators every time. The numbers for the ***** department are never answered. In two months with several calls almost every day, they have yet to answer their phones. In the mean time I am still being billed for 2 contracts opened on my account. I was told it would take 7 working days to resolve by the first operator I spoke to. The last one told me it could take as long as a month. It has been 3 months with no response whatsoever. The last time I placed something on hellopeter (over a month ago) Vodacom sent me a mail saying they have sent it to the ***** department and I will hear from them soon. It's been more than a month with no response. What now?
