*****, some took an I phone in my name.

To whom it may concern

I do not know if I should be upset or just furious, i got a debit order from Vodacom for R 400 only to find someone opened a ***** account on my name for an I phone I do not even use. How dare Vodacom allow such carelessness without personal details. Now it’s my duty to run around and prove I am innocent. I’m going to say this once delete me from your system. Should this stupid account affect my ITC record I swear I will report this to Nation consumer act as I have a very good track record and I have app**** to buy a house. If Vodacom mess up this for me I will deal with them. No one has the right to my details without my concern and once dealt with this mess make sure my details are removed from your system and never to called or offered a contract from Vodacom in my life. I want this matter dealt with ASAP before I lose my patience. Someone must call me before close of business.

I have send the documents need im still waiting for feedback. Some guy called and said will call back after a public holiday even today his still calling.

Vodacom im still waiting for feedback from ***** department, until no no feedback is received. you people give people a bad name and i will not this go should i not get called back or assistance im going to the ombudsman and the media. Because you promoting crimes. Im seeking legal advice now.

Vodacom is useless shame, i have been waiting for my query to be solved and even now the contract is not cancelled. So called ***** department do not answer calls it rings with no response and they also drop calls on client. ********** 0 i do not know why they provide this number to client when they never answer at all. 2 days in a row no answer i just done with Vodacocm just ****** cancel that contract and remove me from your data base and just never ever contact me again.
