***** ******** Vodacom

Vodacom and the third party sales they use to sign up new fiber deals are **** and *****!!!!! I was sold on 2months free WiFi after they CAME TO MY DOOR to sell me WiFi then after I escalated it I was told that I do not have a discount the and I was told that on the contract I signed should have had a block that said discount. So now how was I supposed to know that there should be a box that said discount if the lady told me name Contact person 3rd party comps real promotions *** *** boipelo . She is the one who came to my door and sold me this package vodacom refuse to assist me as they saying I must take it up with them. This company do not answer the phone. I’m 100% sure I’m not the only person who has this complaint as I was told by a vodacom employee that people have called in to query the same as me!!!!!!
