***** reported - No Feedback S3-8XQ3R-RQS86

I reported ***** on my account when I asked for a reference nr I was told to use the date and time as reference - I had to fax documents to them and this I did - No Feedback.<br> In February I phoned again and was told that they have not opened a case - nearly a month later - this time they sms me a nr - S3-8XQ3R-RQS86.<br> Once again nearly a month later and I have not had any feedback from them - AND I am paying for someone else to use a phone that VODACOM gave them on my account,
