Today my credit card was hacked and I called Vodacom ***** Service @ their toll-free number and explained to the consultant what happened. First of all, she didn't understand what I was talking about... I had explained myself four(4) times, then she told me to send my bank statement and get an affidavit from the police station. I am shocked to hear how *********** she was. Vodacom is a big organization and very disappointed with the service today and since I have been a loyal customer for many years. I am trying to get this ********* to stop doing what they are doing and, when I called I got such shocking service from an *********** staff member.
