***** put on brand new line

I took out a brand new contract with Vodacom last month and have not even had the opportunity to use it yet because they-without query or notification suspended the line and blocked it due to *****. I have always paid my account with Vodacom so find this behaviour unacceptable. I have now tried to fix this for two days and trying to get the right person on the phone to solve my problem is an impossible task not to mention being cut of many times. They cannot even tell me why there is ***** on the line.

I have also discovered that I am being charged forVodacom Live even though I have not subscribed or do I use it. Trying to sort that out is impossible because they just transfer from one person to the next and no one wants to tell me why I pay for something I never subscribed for. I am so angry with Vodacom that I actually wish I could cancel both my contracts with them. I will also most certainly never recommend them to anyone.
