***** or incorrect billing even after email to say error corrected
I escalated a complaint for many months and it fell on dead ears untilast month when I came to hello Peter and my issue was supposedly resolved with me having received feedback on ail that the incorrect billing error will not happen again.
As usual, Vodacom being the ******** that they are have done it again but sadly this time, they will inconvenience my children aswell as they plan on debiting way more than what they are supposed to which I was promised would not happen again. Trying to have this corrected via customer care is just another waste of time as the agents are rude and could care less about the inconvenience that their incompetence is causing. They claim for their calls to be recorded but till this day, I away the recording of a supposed. Contract that I took up.
Today trying to get feedback by calling again since as always they **** about their feedback turnaround time to me, the agent tells me the manager needs to listen to the recording first and they will provide feedback. Why have I never received the recording? N the mean time, I must accept that they are going to debit an incorrect amount and I should be ok with the fact that I will pay the price for the ***** that they let happen in the company.
What is their take on ethical leadership, I wonder.
Please advise what steps I can take to resolve this as I am tired and financially frustrated by this ********* of a company.

They seem to also fail to apply their minds and well, empathy is a foreign concept to them.

She has the nerve to shout asking why I called when she specifically said she would call me to give feedback. Meaning, I must continue to trust these ********** who seem to enjoy what they do. Why have I never received the recording?
