***** on Vodacom account being ignored. This will not stop here

There has been ***** on my account and there has been no response to all the phone calls I have made of which 082 111 is the most useless of any service I have ever used or come across. I have spent thousands trying to resolve this and only to be passes on down the line or being put on hold or blatantly ignored. I am disgusted in the service they have given me over the past 20 years. This is sure to end up at my lawyers, this after I spent so much money with a private investigator to try and track and trace whomever have cloned my account and used as much data as they pleased. Going into the R10 000 per month. It's ridiculous after the loyalty I have shown them. I am, as a result of their lack of assistance, gone bankrupt. This will not stop here.
