***** ON MY ***-2

On the 5th December 2017, I received a notification from my bank indicating a debit from my current account in an amount in excess of R10000.00 (ten thousand) in favour of Vodacom. I was astounded by this amount and on the 6th December 2017 I proceeded to the nearest Vodacom Shop at Norwood Shopping Centre and was patiently helped by an Assistant who made various telephone calls to the Vodacom ***** Division because when she logged into my account on her Computer it indicated that there's a ***** on the account. I informed her that it is the 1st time I hear of it. After all the various calls, a gentleman by the name Banile , in the ***** Division asked for my telephone contact details so that the investigator can call me during the course of the day, I duly provided him with 2 numbers. I asked when are they going to credit my current account with the ******** debits , and he said within 14days. He further asked me to provide an affidavit, 3 specimens of my signature and a copy of my ID. I informed him that I am travelling on that very day and already running behind schedule because of attending to this query. He was very helpful. To date, I have not received a call from the investigator and neither has Vodacom contacted me at all. As soon as I arrived in Johannesburg on the 30th December 2017, I submitted the Affidavit, 3 signature specimens and copy of my ID and still no email nor call. I am absolutely miffed by their conduct as this is the 2nd time a ***** is committed on my account. I want Vodacom to give me a full written report of this ***** and credit my money back into my current account with interest from the date of the various debits to date of payment!! Its in excess of a month and I still have to chase them up . I have sent them an email this morning and decided to escalate this matter here to speed up resolution.
