***** on my account R1400 pm

Dear Vodacom.

In September 2016 someone walked into a Vodacom shop in the Vaal and upgraded my contract from R144 to R1377 pm.

He was given 3 additional sim cards, that means currently my name has 4 sim cards with Vodacom. I have since submitted all the documents, affidavit, signatures, ID etc.

Your Investigating Officer confirmed to me that it was indeed a ********** activity and that I should be refunded.

To date I have been debited over R6000.

It is affecting my credit record as I am always in arrears with other debts as a result of this *****.

It is so strange that the ID copy submitted does not even show my names nor the ID number. Infact there is nothing on that piece of paper.

I have made a total of 30 calls, every time I am being told that the senior consultants will call me… etc.

I have sent a minimum of 16 messages on the Facebook page every time I am told that, “we apologise for the delay.”

It’s been 6 month since the ********** activity has taken place…what I request from you is that, for as long as you still investigating…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop debiting my account and make me R1377 richer as you know very well that I did not upgrade that contract.

My Reference number is 1- ********** 087625

Regards

Noah
