***** on my account and no answer in more than 2 years

On the 16/05/2017 I received a call from a Vodacom agent to offer me a better package than I was on at the time.He then advised me that I have two contracts on my name to which I rep**** that it is not correct I only have the one contract with Vodacom. After I went to Vodacom in Parow Centre and they confirmed that there was indeed 2 contracts on my name. They could not assist with the opening of a ***** case and referred me to Canal Walk Vodacom .I visited them and the lady who assisted me confirmed that the second contract was taken out in 2013 and transferred to my name in 2014.It was first registered under a lady with the name of Ingrid then to Penelope ( no surnames provided) and finally to me.When my son stated that this sounded and seems to be an inside job the lady moved the computer screen away from us and advised to get an affidavit by the police station before we could continue.I delivered the affidavit on the 06/08/2017 to the Vodacom store in Century City and was provided with Ref : *** and it was mentioned that investigations would take approximately 6-8 weeks to conclude. No feedback has been given since then and I have been paying my account and the ********** account ever since. The ********** has also acquired a tablet and a handset as an upgrade during this time. After emailing customercare@vodacom extensively they have to date (more than 3 business days ) and if you take the fact that it was rep[orted in 2017 (more than 2 years) not made any effort to resolve this matter. This is quite unacceptable from such a large company and where the client involved is obviously being de*****ed by staff that had access to transfer a ********** account onto my name.I have asked them to send me details of the Ombudsman for Cellphone Service Providers so hopefully I get those particulars by 2021.

Thanks Paul
I am waiting for Vodacom to send me the details so that they can take some ownership of this matter, it is not in the jurisdiction of Icasa apparently
