***** on my account
Hi, Vodacom have deducted over double the amount of my normal account fee from my bank account on 2 December 2017. On querying this, with my first phonecall on Sat 2.12.2017 the lady gave me a reference (1- ********** ********** ) and said it would be sorted in 7-14 working days as she can see that 2 other numbers have been added onto my account, without me knowing or signing for anything at all. I called again on Tues 05.12.2017 and another lady said that its been approved and should be resolved by Thursday (This lady's name was Kim and she said she would call me on Thursday, still waiting for a call back) . Followed up yesterday (Thurs 07.12) and the gentleman (cant remember his name) said nothing has been done and I must just wait. Today (Fri 08.12) I called twice, and spoke to two different people (Lerato and Jabulani). They then told me that I have to send affidavit, copy of ID's etc. It is NOT my fault that there has been ***** on my account, and as the account owner, I should NOT have to send documents to prove anything, when quite easily 2 accounts were opened on my name without any consent. This is absolutely poor service of Vodacom and as such a big company I expect better service. I have been with Vodacom as a service provider for many years, and being due for an upgrade now, I am considering changing. In a month of December, which is an expensive month for anyone, I should not have to be fighting with Vodacom to pay back my money that was ****** from me. This is poor and ridiculous service and I expect my money to be paid back to me urgently.
