I was promised by the telephone marketer from Vodacom that my contract will be upgraded FREE OF CHARGE. I asked MULTIPLE times because I KNEW how ***** they are, but I was promised that I will NOT pay more AT ALL. Yet, they increased my monthly premium by almost R100. WHY DO YOU DO THIS? How can Vodacom get away with such blatant lies? This should not be allowed!!!!!!!!!
