***** not solved after 3 months

<p>So someone opened a *****ent account on my name, Vodacom assured me that the issue was finished and that I was removed from their accounts. Ref no of the case was EC-04ZJ-3KH42I . Now I apply for a homeloan to get informed that I owe Vodacom R13000 and that I am behind with my montly installments. Please do tell my why I should not sue you for losses incured and add your company to the police file of the case as co-accused to *****, because that is what I will be doing tomorrow.</p>
