***** not resolved

I have a number that i was using and it was appearing on my TV program, these a ***** who hacked that number and is using to ***** money from people. I called the vodacom call center to blacklist that number but they still have not blacklisted that number. The person is using that number and my name to request donations from people. I sent an email to the vodacom ***** department but still i am not getting assistance. or maybe this person got access to my simcard and number through the assistance of the vodacom staff or may that is how vodacom handles their clients.
