***** invoice

On the 11/12/2020 I received an email from the accounts department with an invoice of 1/12/2020 with a R0 balance. I was provided with data on the 1/12/2020. I contacted the Customer Services Customer care Centre to understand why my invoice stated R0 but was provided with data. The consultant confirmed that the data is yet to be invoiced, they confirmed that there is no balance for the month of December 2020 and was to pay a balance of R1723.00 in January 2021 as the total cost for all 3 contracts. On the 8 January 2021 I received an email again from you with 3 invoices attached on the email (H5-Q19Y0; H5-QEA0H & statement date: 3/01/2021), suddenly the account balance is R2857.20. I contacted the call center again to understand were this cost stems from, they informed me that I was being charged for data. Both agents were unable to confirm the subscription fees of each contract as, they are closed line contracts. It is absurd to expect me to pay an account that cannot be confirmed, seems no-one at vodacom knows what is my subscription per month, as per my contract agreements, they unable to send me the date in which all 3 contracts will end. I'm at my wits-end with the company and regret taking up contracts with Vodacom, this is absolute *****!!! furthermore, the data network has been unreliable for the last two weeks. I expect to receive all documents I signed with vodacom in respect to all 3 contracts and an immediate adjustment to the account. I give you 48 hours, should the debit of R2857.20 be debited from my account, you will be responsible for all bank charges incurred. I will send you my bank statement immediately for a refund. I will not accept this....

This query is not resolved. I have not received the 3 signed contracts. I received a call from a very rude consultant Andre, I believe. He informed me that after I settled my arrears amount Vodacom decided to extend all my contracts for 6 months and that it is legal. I fail to understand the legality of this, as during the 6 months whilst settling the account I received no services from Vodacom, now you have the audacity to extend my contracts without informing me, furthermore, you chose not to debit my account in December, knowing that you have re-activated my account on the 1 December 2020, now I must pay for two months or else I will be charged fees. This is absolute *****... I sustain my previous analogy that Vodacom is de*****ing me and saying its legal. I demand that you cancel any extensions on my contracts and forward me my signed contracts along with the call recording from this morning ; Andre that rude consultant, who clearly needs telephone etiquette training. I am taking legal steps moving forward.
