***** investigation

We are struggling to get a ***** line to be investigated since nov 2017, the ***** line has an amount of r3200 outstanding which was put on our account, my account for number ********** 202 is paid up to date but my phone was cut off because of vodacom who cannot finalise something, i have been phoning on a daily basis customer care but they promise to re connect the phone but two days later it is still not working, why must i as n client suffer for people working for vodacom cannot do there work, we are waisting our time and money on a company who are *********** to assist there clients they just want money every month but when it comes to giving a service they are useless, how long does it take to do an investigation all proof was submitted to the ***** dep two months ago how difficult is it to see what happened please we need assistance tired to be on a line fot two hours with people who cannot assist you but expect us to pay for a line which was not opened by us.
