***** in my name!

I was just sent an Invoice from VODACOM for a contract that was opened in my name, I cancelled my account more than 5 years ago with them. I will never go back to them because they are too expensive. Now they send me an invoice for over R2000 that I have to pay before the end of the month. They kept my details on record even after I closed my accounts, Surely this is against the Protection of personal information act, and secondly, this account was opened without all the relevant checks. I want some feedback Immediately!!!!
