***** in my name and Vodacom does noting to help me

I had ***** done in my name where 2 lines were opened after my contract with Vodacom ended. I reported this to them and was asked to send through an affidavit stating that I know nothing about those transactions. I sent the documents to 3 different email addresses given to me by different call centre agents because they kept telling me that the docs had not been received. Eventually in September I received notification that docs were received and feedback will be given to me within 14 days, needless to say that that period has elapsed and I am still to hear from Vodacom. In the meantime, money is still being deducted from my account for contracts I have no knowledge of. I cannot wait to get Vodacom out of my life once this whole thing ends, but by the look of things that will be in eternity. Can some competent person, that is if you have any of those in your employ, please let me know what happened with that investigation..... that is if an investigation was even done.

Wow! I think saying Vodacom gives appalling service is an understatement. Now I received another email from a Hafiza telling me that my documents that Thabo acknowledged receipt of in September have not been received and I should send them to the *****disputes email address, for the 7th time now. He further went on to mention that an investigation will be started once the documents are received, so what happened to the investigation that Thabo was supposedly starting in September for which feedback was to be give to me within 14 working days. So, what Vodacom is saying is that they will keep spinning the same story to me while they continue to debit my account for contracts I did no open. I am not resending those documents, I am expecting my feedback from Thabo since he had gone to investigate.
