***** going on??
No freakin account for 3 months and little to no response to my correspondence. Locking my line and costing me extra fees to unlock because i have no clue what to pay...or what for. This is going to the highest level everywhere

15 Nov 2018, 14:18Let me tell you something else. Because YOU fail to send me my account and me thumb sucking what to pay, YOU gave me a bad credit record. Because of YOU, Im being refused by Vodacom to upgrade. My upgrade was in August, but Vodacom refuse the upgrade. Is that not a serious breach of contract?????I can just imagine how much money you make by locking lines and insist on unblocking charges. This is what is going on here.
