***** from Vodacom - debit order out of nowhere

I paid my premature cancellation fee to Vodacom of R 7574.52 on my iPhone 7 to cancel my Vodacom contract and pay off my phone. This was done on 19 March 2018. Reference number 1- ********** ********** . As reference use my cell phone number ********** 978.

I sent the relevant information to Vodacom's pre-mature cancellation department ********** and no debit order went of 1 April which is correct. Also no debit order went of on the 1st of May which was also perfect.

Suddenly a debit order went off of R866 on the 1st of June 2018 which made my FNB account in excess which means I will be penalised by FNB. Luckily my account did not have any money in so the transaction bounced but FNB still charged me a penalty of R100 which Vodacom must be held liable for. I also logged a service request when I phoned Vodacom with the following reference number: 1- ********** ********** . I also called from my Namibian cell phone number which amount up to R85 for a 30minutes international RSA MTC bundle.

According to me this is ***** from Vodacom's side to just take money from my account as I am a prepaid customer for 2 months and suddenly they debit my account - for what so reason I do not know? If they can explain to me I would appreciate it and if they can STOP the debit order from their side I would also appreciate it.

The reason for this complaint is not all about the money but as I know I do not owe Vodacom anything, I would like Vodacom to cancel my debit order asap because if this goes on I will be loosing a lot of unnecessary money and banking costs and soon I will be blacklisted unnecessarily which I really would dislike.

No response from Vodacom as yet, as they promised a phone call yesterday. Still waiting Will I ever have an assurance that my debit order is cancelled or will I always have to fear that the 1st my money will get ******? Will I ever receive my money back that I already lost through Vodacom with this whole process??

Short and sweet. Vodacom cancel my debit order, give me a confirmation letter that it is cancelled as I owe Vodacom nothing. Pay back my money and we all move on with our lives. Unless I have to report ***** to the police?
