***** from Vodacom

We gave notice to cancel our contract with Vodacom in October 2020 for November 2020. We asked that email confirmation to be sent that it was done. This was never sent. At the end of December we had a deduction of R345 from Vodacom. So the person that was supposed to cancel the contract **********ly upgraded our contract. We have called twice to ask why this is happening and what is the R345 for and no one can tell us. We were then told its all been cancelled. We once again asked for a email of confirmation. Nothing was sent. We have now gotten another deduction for R345. We have called again and this person has now told us there is something active on our name. This is ***** and its disgusting that people can just take your hard earned money and you cant do anything about it.
