*****

I am so disappointed in the ***** act that Vodacom Tygervalley has displayed. I bought a handset ( Samsung A50 ) on the 10th of July 2019. The phone has started displaying spots of blue and purple and then totally went black. When he went into the store today Cleo told him that his phone is out of warranty and that he will pay for the repairs. When asked how could it be out of warranty when it's less than 6 months old, she said on the system it indicated so. I need to understand how does your system define a 24-month warrant as less than 5 months. I am disgusted once again at the service I received from Vodacom. You continuously disappoint and I will never ref anyone to Vodacom.

So it has been 5 days since thus email or response came through and no one called or attempted to communicate with me. Instead I had to call your branch and follow with them and they to did not return my calls. I spoke to Riaan Van Niekerk the branch manager for the repair center and he assured me he would get back and you never fail to disappoint. You are a disgusting organisation who sells infurare products that become faulty in a few months time and when you take it in for repairs we'll, you blame the cleint and refuse to repair it. That's is what you do and I think the work should who a ***** organisation you really are.
