*****

It was around July when when my cellphone messages notification went off. I checked this and it was an amount of R228.03 that was being deducted from my bank account by Vodacom. I want to make this clear that I do not have a contract of any kind with Vodacom. The next day I went to the bank to reverse the amount. I then went to Vodacom at N1 City to query this. The lady who assisted me checked on the system and discovered that I do not have a contract with Vodacom. The ********* working for Vodacom is using my information that is on Vodacom's system to ***** from my account. They create a contract on their system with my available information and then invoice me. On the 14th November I again received two invoices from Vodacom for the amount of R228.03 and R570.49 three months after the first attempt to ***** from my bank account. The invoice was done on the 09/10/2020. The person is again trying to ***** from my bank account and this time double the amount he/she tried to *****. The person doing this needs to be fired and if this was done on Saturday they should be able to investigate where this was done. Vodacom needs to seriously get to the bottom of this matter and I am sure that I am not the only person that this is happening to. I am currently at work and I will only be able to go to Vodacom tomorrow.
