***** disputes

im so disappointed , You guys are the epitome of Appalling . How can you invade my account without my consent???????I do not have an account or contract with you but to my surprise an amount of R482.28 went off my bank from vodacom .I called Vodacom and was informed that I took out a contract ,which I am not aware of.The consultant advised me to send an affidavit with a copy of my bank statement and id copy to ********** Documents were sent on the 25/06/18 .I received a reference number : EC-1JHX-2VRBJ0. I called back and was given another email ********** . I have been constantly calling and making numerous follow ups . now amount R3441.61 went off again , what must one do stop those unauthorised debit orders from going off .
