***** DISPUTE & RELATED MATTERS - NO SERVICE

RE: EC-1EN0-1R27CC - On 28/3/2022 I sent an email to Vodacom about a new ***** case. On 29/3/2022, I received an email acknowledged receipt of my email with a reference number. 6 months later, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done and the reference number provided was for a ********** UPGRADE matter! I sent my original instructions of 28/3/2022 at least 4 times and only when I advised their complaints department that I will post on this platform, to have Carte Blanche to assist me and confirmed that I am in the process to draw an application for the High Court with request that my contract be cancelled as Vodacom failed to keep their terms and conditions as well as an order that Vodacom pays the costs of the application, I received a reply, requesting the reference number issued to me. As I said above, it was for another matter. I received 4 different reference numbers since 28/3/2022. On 20/10/2022, I decided to send a new email with an extract of my letter of 28/3 with copies of ID, an affidavit and other documents. I received an acknowledgement to my email. This morning I sent another email advising that I am proceeding as set out above. I received an email from ***** Disputes that I must send them my ID and make an affidavit and forward same to them. I rep**** that I sent the documents with my email of 20/10/2022. About an hour later, I was required to resent same. How the hell do they acknowledge receipt of my instructions yesterday but today I must resend the attachments??? The whole situation is rather laughable! If I wasn't this desperate to resolve the matter, I would have ignored their incompetence and lackadaisical approach and immediately prepared an application to the High Court in Pretoria. The problem is huge as I have more than 3 products with Vodacom and it is so inconvenient to change my information. I would absolutely love to know the educational level and skills required of their employees as this required forensics. According to my own research, I have proof that one of their employees is involved in this ***** matter. I can't believe that almost 7 months have lapsed since 28/3/2022 and I am not any closer to have my claim investigated. How pathetic is Vodacom's service - actually there is NO service! Now I completed the first part of my to do list by posting on hellopeter.com. The next step is to engage Carte Blanche so that South Africans can see how *********** employees from Vodacom are! I will not pay any further statements of account until such time that the matter be resolved and/or the High Court made an order in respect of my application. SA is really becoming a banana republic - NO POWER, NO WATER and NO SERVICE!

I did not receive any correspondence nor calls from Vodacom up to now. I am prepared to give them time until 24/10/2022 @ 13:00, failing which I will proceed with number 2 of my to do list - to contact Carte Blanche to assist me so everybody can see how *********** they are!

Thie Vodacom reply is actually laughable! All their emails wherein they acknowledge receipt of instructions are the same - a consultant will contact you within 48 hours. I note they mention "in due course." This is even longer than 48hours. Vodacom's reply doesn't address my complaint - it is only a vage answer that someone will call me in due course. All their emails are the very same.

I don't know who you are but I got a different story from the ***** department! I was requested 4 times to provide my affidavit and ID, which documents were sent several times - what are you doing with the attachments? I requested that a senior person in the ***** disputes depatyment call me as I installed 3 apps on my phone showing that one of Vodacom's employees, Jacques Hendricks, an IP Network analyst, was active on my phone. I got his details from Net Analyser app. I am not concerned so much about the social media accounts. I recognised a telephone number from Jacques Hendricks, calling from a Cape Town number on our landline, and ehen you pick up the phone, you hear them on the other side talking. When we tried to use the landline after the call, we couldn't make a call. it is clear it is not just me having difficulties with Vodacom. I expect someone from forensics to get back to me to explain what is going on. Who are you in any case to tell me on this platform ...
The same happened with an upgrade early March, I also received a message that my claim was rejected. When I took up the matter up with the ***** department, my claim was successful! So mr who ever you are, don't bull**** me, you will regret it!
